How much is shipping?

We provide worldwide Express shipping on regular orders.

How long does shipping take?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times [for all products] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges

Average delivery time is used as a guide for delivery. On the rare occasion that you experience a minor delay due to customs please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All orders are prepared within 48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team through the contact us page.
• Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)
• For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation.
• Shipments to some countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
